We Define Spam As:

Sending unsolicited e-mail to more that 25 users.

Sending unsolicited e-mail which results in complaints of any nature.

Posting an article or advertisement to more than 10 off-topic newsgroups.

Sending unsolicited e-mail and falsifying or disguising your user information.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate service if spamming is detected or if complaints are received regarding your account.
